Spa Policies

Spa Reservations

The Spa reservations desk is open 9:00am to 5:00pm daily to assist with scheduling spa services. If you need assistance outside of these hours please contact the concierge desk. Spa services are available 8:00am to 8:00pm by appointment. We offer after hour and in room massagesfor an additional $25. We encourage our guests to schedule appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment is available.

Arrival and Check-In

For the optimal spa experience we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you may relax and allow yourself ample time to change into a robe and spa slippers.

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy by keeping appointments and providing a minimum 24 hours notice when you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because your services are reserved for you, full payment is required for the following conditions:

Late Arrivals

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service will require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience guests following you.
