Complete Meeting Package
The Complete Meeting Package is a per person per day charge and includes:
- Deluxe Guest Room Accommodations. All guest rooms have a view of Mallard Lake
- Conference room seating configurations set to your specifications with ergonomically designed chairs for your comfort.
- Three upscale dining meals per day in the main dining room individually selected from our daily menus specially designed by our executive chef. Surcharges may apply for private or special meals.
- Continuous soft drinks, bottled water, tea, and coffee during meeting periods, including morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.
- Complete audio-visual equipment. Built in rear projection screens with high resolution video/data projector, two easels, two flip chart pads, markers, microphones (including wireless lapel type), and full sound system. All A/V equipment is operable at the touch of a button on the conference room wireless remote. Additional specialized equipment can be provided for a nominal fee. (A/V technicians are charged at an hourly rate>)
- A Conference concierge to assists in all aspects of your program operation during normal business hours.
- Service charges for meeting package meals are included.
