Inside the rooms you will marvel at the beautiful hardwood floors, and relax in comfortable over-sized leather chairs. The lavish bathroom features a deep-soaking tub and separate marble shower, perfect for washing away the dust and soothing tired muscles after a long day of fun and adventure.

Our Deluxe Guest Rooms offer 440 square feet of comfort and are available with one King bed, a combination of one King and one Full XL bed, or two Queen-sized beds. Many rooms also include one or two cozy twin-size Murphy beds, perfect for additional guests. Each room features a hardwood floor entryway, a stylish vanity table, a refrigerator, an armoire, and an LED HDTV. Relax in oversized leather chairs or unwind in the luxurious bathroom, complete with a deep-soaking tub and separate marble shower. Step out onto your private terrace, where two oversized rocking chairs provide the perfect spot to take in peaceful views of Mallard Lake.

Family Deluxe Guest Room

These spacious 480-square-foot guest rooms feature a King bed and a Full XL bed, along with a discreetly tucked-away bunk bed—ideal for families or groups. Additional bedding is available upon request at no extra charge. Each room includes a hardwood floor entry, a vanity table, refrigerator, armoire, and an LED HDTV. The luxurious bathroom offers a deep-soaking tub and a separate marble shower for a relaxing retreat. Our Executive Suites include a Hardwood floor entry, a spacious sitting area, wet bar and a table for two. Each room offers 2 King beds or a King and a Queen bed as well as a discretely hidden twin size bunk bed that are perfect for families. The Executive Suites are 582 square feet. These suites also have a Vanity table, refrigerator, LED TV, a lavish bathroom featuring a deep-soaking tub and separate marble shower. On the terrace, there are two over-sized rocking chairs that overlook Mallard Lake.

Our spacious One Bedroom Suites range from 650 to 750 square feet and feature a private King bedroom that can be closed off from the separate living room area. The living room includes two comfortable twin-size Murphy beds and a cozy gas fireplace, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. You'll also find LED HDTVs in both the bedroom and living room for your entertainment. Each suite includes a well-appointed vanity table, a refrigerator, and an armoire for added convenience. The luxurious bathroom offers a deep-soaking tub and a separate stone shower for a spa-like experience. Step outside to your oversized balcony, complete with two rocking chairs, and enjoy serene views of Mallard Lake.

Our Presidential suite is the grandest of our suites at 1,343 square feet. This suite includes a large living area, LED HDTV, and 1 ½ bathrooms. The over-sized Master bathroom is totally luxurious with soaking tub and large stone shower. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a dining area that features a billiards table that can be converted to a dining table that seats eight people and and an adjoining nook with two twin beds. If needed, this suite will open up into two additional private guestroom rooms (there is an additional charge to have one or both adjoining rooms).

Our Lyndon B. Johnson Suite is a 2 Bedroom Suite containing 1300 square feet that features a private access elevator, Hardwood floors, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, roomy living area, a balcony overlooking Mallard Lake and a dining room that seats eight. The living room has a gas fireplace. You can access the balcony from either the living area or the Master Bedroom. The master bathroom has a spa tub and stone shower. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a LED HDTV in the both bedrooms and the living room.
