SIZE OF HOME:
The Deer Run Guest House is a completely remodeled 2,000 square foot cabin just steps away from the Main Lodge.

DESCRIPTION OF HOME:
Just look outside in the evening or morning and you will see how it got it's name...Deer Run is a great spot for deer watching! It features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths...the master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath...the two additional bedrooms have 2 full size beds in each bedroom. The comfortable living area has a plasma TV mounted above the fireplace and a full surround sound system. In the gameroom is another plasma TV, billiard table and bar area. A poker table is featured as well as a full kitchen with breakfast dining area. Outside is a rope swing for the kids and a hammock for mom and dad. The outdoor grill is a great place to cook up burgers and steaks under the big Texas sky.

COST:
$125 per day per parent/child (minimum five parents/children), normal hotel taxes and gratuities are not  included.

ACTIVITIES:
-Your group is welcome to use Rough Creek’s facilities for $30 per person per day. Those things include: zip line, mountain climbing wall, bungee trampoline, family pool with slide, petting zoo, pony rides, etc.
-Horse back rides are $80 for one and one half hour rides for adults and $56 for children. Many other activities are available too. We can help you with all of this.

OTHER  ITEMS:
-Marshmallows , chocolate, graham crackers and firewood for s’mores  is provided by Rough Creek
-Coffee and waters are provided by Rough Creek
