Raisin Pecan Bread
The menu changes daily based on the chef’s creativity and his supply, but one thing that never changes is the Raisin Pecan Bread… and it is something you’re going to want to hold on to. Whoever thought bread would be the least exciting part of a three-course gourmet meal never tasted this. It may as well have fallen from the heavens.
House-Pulled Mozzarella and Heirloom Tomatoes
Cheese lovers, this one’s for you. In case you missed it the first time, allow us to reiterate. The mozzarella is house-pulled. Oh yes, that means it is made in house. But don’t be fooled, that isn’t because it’s easy. Pulling mozzarella is actually quite the process. That doesn’t stop Chef Gerard Thompson. From heating the curds and working them together to stretching them until they’re smooth enough to form into balls, the work that goes into pulling the mozzarella is well worth it. Picked fresh, the heirloom tomatoes are the best possible compliment to the mozzarella flavor, and the taste is sure to bring you right to the cliffs of Cinque Terre for a truly unique and cultured experience.
