Residence Homes
The Residences are located in a private area adjacent to the Main Lodge and Restaurant. The Residence homes are less than 2 years old and most homes are available for sale starting at $950,000.
Features include:
- Home sizes range from 1,775 sq. ft. to 2,190 sq. ft.
- Each home sleeps from 6-12 guests
- Homes contain 2-3 bedrooms and a minimum of 3 full bathrooms
- Kitchens are fully furnished with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils and coffee maker. All appliances are luxury kitchen units.
- Outdoor grill, private patio and outdoor fireplaces or fire pits.
- Includes access to private amenity center with lounge area, fireplace and fire pit, TV, shuffleboard, billiard table, ping pong and gas grills
- Adjacent to Nature Trail
- Padded children’s play area
- Private pool for Residence guests use only
- Covered parking
- Wi-Fi

The rate includes use of many of the Resort’s amenities including Zip Line, Climbing Wall, Fishing, Tomahawk Throw, Archery, etc.
The rate does not include meals. However, we are glad to assist with package pricing that includes breakfast and dinner. Children 15 and under stay free and eat breakfast and dinner (from the Kid’s Buffet) for free when the adults in the home are on the Meal Package. (Limitations do apply. Our Reservations staff will be happy to go over the details.)

Each of our Ranch Homes has a unique personality and style. The homes are located in a secluded, tranquil environment yet within minutes of the Main Lodge.

- Home sizes range from 1,850 sq. ft. to 2,330 sq. ft.
- Each home sleeps from 12-18 guests
- Homes contain 3-4 bedrooms and a minimum of 3 full bathrooms
- Kitchens are fully furnished with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, coffeemakers and all appliances.
- Outdoor grill, private patio and outdoor fireplaces or fire pits.
- Shuffleboard & billiard table (Mallard Lake House, Deer Run)
- Horseshoe and Washer Pits
- Pets are welcome (Pet fee is additional)
- Wi-Fi
